It was on his escape from captivity in Ireland that he decided to devote himself to a missionary life and eventually return there. He developed his view to helping others out of his love for God.
It was his strong view of his own mission and that of the love of Christ that we as a school base our own vision on. His desire to educate the people of Ireland to enable their freedom as individuals places St Patrick as one of the most favourable saints in the Catholic Church.
At St Patrick’s, “School With a View”, we strive to develop the following principles:
A view to our relationship with God and one another.
A view to creative and critical thinkers.
A view to life long learning.
At St Patrick’s our Values underpin who we are as members of God’s Church and as citizens of our local and global community. At St Patrick’s our Values are:

The staff of St Patrick's are committed to providing quality and enjoyable learning experiences for our students. They take the time to know each student and develop a professional and also personal relationship with them. The staff continue their own learning experiences through the professional development opportunities the school identifies as important and what each individual teacher identifies as important to their own needs as an educator.
